On 19.11.2019, this matter was directed to be listed on 03.12.2019 under the caption "For Orders". Thereafter, this matter underwent as many as seven adjournments under the same caption, i.e., 'For Orders". Today, despite listing the matter under caption "For Orders", there is no representation for the revision petitioner. It appears that the revision petitioner has no interest to pursue this Civil Revision Petition. 2 .

The learned counsel for the respondent/ plaintiff is present.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
