HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2286 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.57 of 2019 on the file of Kothakota Police Station, Wanaparthy District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 12.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kothakota Police Station, Wanaparthy District, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothakota on 23.11.2019 and the CC number is awaited. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
