When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is challenging the termination orders dated 30.04.2004 and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim suspension of the said termination orders, vide orders dated 1.6.2004 and in pursuance to the said interim orders, the petitioner was allowed to continue in service and he attained the age of superannuation. 2.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 3.
