HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 6 7 7 2 OF 2007 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to release the loan amount of Rs.1,80,000=00 under Prime Minister Rozgar Yojana 2003-04 to the petitioner forth with and to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the same as arbitrary, illegal and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. When the matter is listed today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader for respondent No.1 that Prime Minister Rozgar Yojana Scheme is not available now and in its place P.M.E.G.P. Scheme has been enunciated. Therefore, no cause would survive in the present writ petition.
3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stands closed.
