HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22670 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not paying the gratuity amount to petitioner.

2. It is represented that as per the interim orders of this Court, gratuity has been paid to petitioner calculating the period up to the age of 60 years and this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Considering the above representation, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
