HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.4584 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') passed interim order, dated 04.08.2015, which reads as under:

"In view of the above facts and circumstances, pending disposal of the OA by way of interim relief, the 1st respondent is directed to permit the applicant to join into duty and to continue him till further orders within a week days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the Tribunal order dated 04.08.2015 the respondent authorities has permitted the petitioner to join in service and further pray this Court to close the writ petition (TR), by making the interim order dated 04.08.2015 absolute. Learned Government Pleader for Services-II has not disputed the same.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and in view of the fact that till date neither counter nor vacate petition is filed by the respondent authorities, this Court deems it fit to make the interim order dated 04.08.2015 absolute and accordingly, this writ petition(TR) is disposed of with a direction to respondent authorities to continue the petitioner in service.
