HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6774 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners with the following substantive relief:

".......to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not extending the benefit of the relief package in the Circular NO.N.B.172/PCD15/2006, dated 19.10.2006 issued by NABARD as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents 6 & 7 to extend the benefits to the petitioners."

At the hearing, Sri Ghanta Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, stated that in pursuance of the interim order dated 01.04.2009, the debt relief package was given to the petitioner and that therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the interim order, dated 01.04.2009, granted by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.8850 of 2009 shall stand vacated and the other miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of as infructuous. ____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dated: 24.11.2015 Ssv
