When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died long back. He further submitted that the legal representatives of the petitioner are also no more.

3 In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the C.R.P. is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
