THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3620 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the de facto complainant, under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., to cancel the pre arrest bail granted by order dated 10.3.2017 in Criminal Petition No.1654 of 2017 to accused Nos.2 to 4 in Crime No.194 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ponnur Urban Police Station, Guntur District.

At the time of the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may close the matter. In view of the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
