THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.30928 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner claims that he is in possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Acs.2.09 cents in Survey No.386 of Koyavaripalem Village, Pedakurapadu Mandal, Guntur District. Petitioner claims to have submitted an application for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. Alleging inaction on the said application, the present Writ Petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that Koyavaripalem Village is not in Pedakurapadu Mandal and therefore, the request of the petitioner cannot be processed. 3.

Having regard to this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to submit a fresh application as per Form 6 (A) for mutation of his name in revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed.

Granting such liberty, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
