Sri P. Anand Seshu, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed the memo dated 30.01.2017, through which the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to question the impugned proceedings as and when the situation warrants, without prejudice to their rights and interest. Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
