The petitioner is represented by his GPA Holder by name C.Prabhakar Reddy. The case of the petitioner is that he made an application on 20-01-2016 for mutation of his name before the 4th respondent stating that the petitioner has purchased land to an extent of Ac.0-30 cents in Sy.No.282/1 and 283/1 situated in Thiruchanur Village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District under registered sale deed and the same is pending. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent in passing the orders, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner dated 20-01-2016 is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 20-01-2016 in accordance with law and take action within a period of eight week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
