There is nothing to grant personal liberty of bail from the prima facie accusation and the order of the learned Sessions Judge in dismissal of Crl.M.P.No.2041 of 2017, dated 26.12.2017, is one way supported by reasons but for to say none of the observations will prejudice the defence and the learned Magistrate shall commit the case, if not committed subject to compliance under Section 209 Cr.P.C., if necessary, if there are other accused by split up if not able to secure early under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and the learned Sessions Judge shall make every endeavour for early disposal, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order as per the directions of the Apex Court in Thana Singh v. Central Bureau of Narcotics1.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. 4.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
