Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf oF petitioner and learned Government Pldader for Energy. appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Mr.R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 to 6 and Mr.M.A.K.Mukheed, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC/Municipalities, appearing on behalf of respondent No.7.

PERUSED THE RECORD 2.

The petitioner approached the Court seeking the prayer as follows:

"......to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ oF Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 6 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner, the H.No.2-56133 122/876, on Plot No. 876, in Survey No.11/31, admeasuring 300 Sq.yds., situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, T.S., and bounded by North: Plot No.B77; South: Plot No.875; East: Plot No.BB4; West: 20 Ft Wide Road, as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the power supply without being influenced by the instructions of the 7th \

) respondent and to pass such other order or orders-as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice. "

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26664 ot 2O23, dated 25.O9 .ZO2g.

The learned Government pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No,1, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Power Distribution Company Limited appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6 and learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing on behalf of respondent No.7, did not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the learned Counse! for the petitaoner.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Counse! appearang on behalf of petitioner as wel! as respondents and for the reasons alike in the above said order passed by this Court in W.p.No.26664

J of 2O23t dated 25.09.2023, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release electricity service connection to the p€titioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.09.2O12 in writ petition No.2O4O7 of 2008 and batch.
