Sri Yuvaraj, learned counsel representing Sri S. Malla Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, would submit that as the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication a letter has been filed in the Registry with a request to list the revision 'for Withdrawal' and that accordingly the matter came up today under the caption 'For Withdrawal' and that in view of the subsequent events, the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Recording the said submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision petition also shall stand dismissed.
