HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7421 of 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he worked as an employee in the respondent-organization and he retired from services on 31-01-2018. As the petitioner was not paid the salary from 30-11-2016 onwards, he made representation on 25-01-2018. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri J.Srinivas Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents requests time for filing counter and also opposed the writ petition.

It is to be seen that since the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to consider his case and pass orders. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, there shall be direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 25-01-2018 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
