Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.
3 .
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a responsible bank official. There is admission by the de-facto complainant that the petitioner purchased the subject lands under registered sale deeds. It is also submitted that the subject lands were mutated in the name of the petitioner and that the de-facto complainant has nothing to do with the subject lands. Since the value of lands increased in view of the reorganisation of the districts in the State of Telangana, false report was lodged against the petitioner by the de-facto complainant for coercing and extracting money from him.

against the petitioner, the investigating officer is directed to find out the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the First Information Report, dated 10.07.2017, and complete the investigation and file the Final Report before the Court concerned, without arresting the petitioner.
5 .
With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
