OFFICE No NOTE 01.04.2022 Dr.SA, J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This application is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking to modify the 1st condition by replacing the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, (Special Mobile Court), at Nalgonda with Special Sessions Judge for the Trial of Cases under Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Act-cum-I Addl.

Sessions Judge, at Khammam and also the 2nd condition by replacing the Station House Officer, Nalgonda Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District with Station House Officer, Bhadrachalam Town Police Station, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, in the bail order, dated 22.03.2022, passed by this Court in this Criminal Petition No.2393/2022. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the Court to whose satisfaction the petitioner/A.2 was directed to execute a personal bond and produce sureties; and the Station House Officer before whom the petitioner/A.2 was directed to appear after release on bail, were wrongly mentioned in the bail order, dated 22.03.2022, and ultimately prayed to modify the said two conditions.

As seen from the material placed on record, inadvertently, the Court to whose satisfaction the petitioner/A.2 was directed to execute a personal bond and produce sureties; and the Station House Officer before whom the petitioner/A.2 was

OFFICE NOTE directed to appear after release on bail, were wrongly mentioned in the bail order, dated 22.03.2022. It is purely typographical mistake and the same can be corrected.

Under these circumstances, the condition Nos.1 and 2 imposed in the bail order, dated 22.03.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.2393 of 2022, are modified as follows: (i) The petitioner/A.2 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties, in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Sessions Judge for the Trial of Cases under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act-cumI Additional Sessions Judge, at Khammam.

(ii) After release on bail, the petitioner/A.2 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Bhadrachalam Town Police Station, BhadradriKothagudem District, on every Sunday between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, till filing of charge sheet.

The other conditions imposed in the order, dated 22.03.2022, remain unaltered.

This application is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to furnish the corrected copy of the order to the petitioner forthwith.
