The present writ petition is filed for the following relief: " ...to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in taking appropriate action on the representation dated 12.06.2017, for taking action against the 4th respondent and show her Plot No.4, in Survey No.130/2, to an extent of Ac.0.03 cents, Chimakurthi Town, Prakasam District and fix the boundaries, is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional..."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (A.P) for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 placed on record a copy of endorsement bearing ROC.No.123/2017/G1, dated 30.05.2017, issued by respondent No.3, turning down the request of the petitioner. 4.
In that view of the matter, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to pursue the remedies available to her, if she is advised to do so. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
