ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the impugned proceedings dated 17.8.2007 issued by the 1st respondent as arbitrary and illegal.

It is the case of the petitioner that she was appointed as Anganwadi Worker and posted at Muthapur Anganwadi Center, Rebbena Grama Panchayat, Bheemini Mandal of ICDS Project Sirpur-T of Adilabad District and joined the office on 14.5.2007. While so, the 1st respondent issued a Memo on 21.7.2007 calling for explanation regarding her nativity. Pursuant to the same, she submitted her explanation along with all relevant documents. But without conducting any enquiry, the 1st respondent passed an order on 17.8.2007 cancelling the appointment of the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. While admitting the writ petition on 28.08.2007, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings if the writ petitioner is still working as Anganwadi worker, Muthapur Village, Rebbenna Grama Panchayat, Bheemini Mandal of ICDS Project, Sirpur T of Adilabad District, and the said order has been in operation till date. No counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents as on today.

In the absence of conducting any enquiry before passing the impugned order, this Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order dated 28.08.2007 passed in WPMP No.23241 of 2007 as final order. No costs.
