For the present, liberty is given to petitioner to send a reminder to the respondent herein, calling upon the respondent to take note of the order passed by this Court. The petitioner, if still aggrieved by the decision taken contrary to the order passed by this Court, is given liberty to pursue the remedies available in law.

Contempt case is closed accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
