HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.7595 of 2006 ORDER:

It is represented by Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. Resu Mahender Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that long back they have given No objection to the petitioner and that the petitioner is not in contact with them.

On the other hand, Mr. N.Krishna Sumanth, learned counsel representing Mr. B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 14, upon instructions, submitted that the petitioner and some of the respondents died after the matter was settled and the award was passed in the Lok Adalat and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
