Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal revision case and further submits that liberty may be reserved to seek appropriate remedies, which the law permits.

Permission is accorded.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
