This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"To issue an appropriate writ direction or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No 1 shifting the GPS Chowni Nadi Ali Baig No 1 from the building of the petitioner bearing No 17-1-319/A/12 Edi Bazar Santosh Nagar Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and it is further consequentially prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No 1/DEO to forthwith finalize the shifting proceedings i e shifting of the GPS Chowni Nadi All Baig No 1 from the old building of the Petitioner bearing No 17-1-319/ A/12 Edi Bazaar Santhosh Nagar Hyderabad in the light of the Proceedings of the Respondent No 1 himself in R C No 3686/D5/2017 Dated:

17-04-2017 and in the light of the recommendations of the 2nd Respondent who found alternative Government accommodation i e Ghouse Peer Community Hall very nearer to the present building of the Writ Petitioner and it is further consequentially prayed that this Honble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to pay the Petitioner all the rental arrears due on his building with interest".

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents submits that the Respondents will vacate the subject premises by the end of June, 2018. 3.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Insofar as the relief sought for by the petitioner with regard to payment of arrears of rent is concerned, the same is left open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy available to him, as per law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
