THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1410 of 2018 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.29853 of 2016 by the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of order dated 05.04.2017 of the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda, whereunder the petitioner's request for protection to undertake construction of her building was rejected and she was advised to obtain appropriate orders from the competent authority for the same.

In view of the fact that an order was already passed on the representation made by the petitioner, which is placed on record, it cannot be said that the respondents have deliberately disobeyed the order of this Court.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. The respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
