The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K SURENDER, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of V GOPALAKRISHNA GOKHALEY, Spl. Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the Court made the following.

t i v HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CRIMINAL PETMON No.2343 OF 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner, A.3 in S.C.No.97 of 20L7 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B Nagar, seeks regular bail under Sections 437 and 439 CrPC on the ground that his grandmother is on her death bed. Sri Gopalakrishna Gokhale, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the Narcotics Control Bureau, would inform this Court that the claim made by the petitioner /A.3 as to the ailing health of his grandmother is correct and concedes that he may be permitted to visit her on interim bail subject to conditions. The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed. The petitioner /A.3 shall be released on interim bail for a period of three days to enable him to visit his'ailing grandmother, who is stated to be in Siddipet town, with a special escort provided by the Jail Personnel of Cherlapally Central Prison. The petitioner /A.

3 shall also furnish a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B Nagar in this regard. Upon the return of the petitioner / A.3, the personal bond and the sureties shall stand discharged.
