O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the inaction of the police authorities in registering an FIR upon the petitioner's complaint dated 18.02.2012. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court

that Crime No.225 of 2015 was registered on the file of the Vijayawada I Town Police Station on 12.09.2015 under Sections 323, 447 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC upon the petitioner's complaint. In that view of the matter, Sri V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the cause does not survive for consideration. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. The police authorities concerned shall investigate the subject crime expeditiously and take necessary further action in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
