THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29102 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The petitioner filed this petition challenging the proceedings dated 14.07.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent vide Proc.No.D.Fir(A)/292/2016, whereby the name of the petitioner was removed from Adangal and 1-B register and the name of the 5th respondent was entered.

Since the petitioner has alternative remedy by way of appeal before the District Collector, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to her under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
