It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.Venkateswarlu and Sri Pasham Srinivasulu, learned Standing counsel appearing for the Employees State Insurance Corporation in respective writ petitions that the lis in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the common order dated 16.10.2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.6363 of 2009 and batch which was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.200 of 2016 and batch, dated 16.03.2016.
