This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings Rc.E.431/2016 dated 29.11.2016 revising the Rc.E.431/2016 dated 03.11.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the pendency of appeal before the Joint Collector, Nellore.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
