THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 25910 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioners came up with the above writ petition, challenging the refusal of affiliation to M. Pharmacy course. The contention of the petitioners was that affiliation for M. Pharmacy was rejected, on the sole ground that they did not have affiliation for B. Pharmacy course. Therefore, on 22.08.2016, we passed an interim order, directing the University to re-consider the issue. After verification, Mr. A. Abhishek Reddy, learned standing counsel for the University, submitted that even dehors the issue of affiliation of B. Pharmacy, the petitioners did not satisfy the eligibility criteria for affiliation for M. Pharmacy. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. Now, the counselling is also over. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
