.....RESPONDENT(S) WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Sri P.RAJ KUMAR presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in R.C.No.117/2012/C dated 24.07.2014 issued by the 3rd Respondent renewing the Bar Licence bearing No. 29/2006-07 for the year 2014-15 in favour of the 5th Respondent pursuant to orders of the 2nd Respondent in Cr.No.5531/2009/CPE/G2 dated 28.06.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and also conditions envisaged in Rule 6 of A.P. Excise (Grant of Licence of Selling by Bar and Conditions of Licence) Rules, 2005 and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the Bar
Licence No. 29/2006-07 for the year 2014-15 issued to the 5th Respondent;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.RAJ KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and AGP for Excise for respondent Nos.1 to 4 directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
