O R D E R

This criminal petition was filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.253 of 2017 on the file of the Nalgonda Police Station, to quash the proceedings therein under Section 482 CrPC. While so, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that a charge-sheet has already been laid in relation to this crime on 31.01.2018 before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nalgonda, and was taken on file in C.C.No.84 of 2018. In the light of this development, this case, as framed, no longer survives for adjudication on merits.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 to take appropriate measures, if they so choose, in relation to the later development in the form of filing of a charge-sheet against them before the competent criminal Court.
