O R D E R :

The learned counsel for the petitioners and third respondent submit that the issue relates to payment of compensation by second respondent.

2. As regards apportionment of compensation, the petitioners and the third respondent had differences and during the pendency of the writ petition these differences have been sorted out and they request the court to permit them to file composite claim before the second respondent and for disbursement of compensation.

3. The petitioners and the third respondent are accordingly permitted. On receipt of such representation, it is for the second respondent to examine and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
