O R D E R

This criminal petition was filed by the accused in Crime No.6 of 2019 on the file of the Pochampally Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Yadadri Bhongir District, to quash the proceedings therein under Section 482 CrPC.

While so, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that a charge-sheet has already been laid in relation to this crime on 22.04.2019 before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhongir, and the Calendar Case number is awaited. In the light of this development, this case, as framed, no longer survives for adjudication on merits.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the accused to take appropriate measures, if they so choose, in relation to the later development in the form of filing of a charge-sheet against them before the competent criminal Court.
