THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9256 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 of Crime No.90 of 2016 of Nandikotkur Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under section 507 r/w 34 IPC and also heard the learned public prosecutor, representing the respondent - State and perused the contents of the report of the Inspector of Police - M.Srinadh Reddy of anonymous phone call received by him from a person claiming as belongs to the man of Siddartha Reddy/the petitioner/A1 herein with threat for preventing the movement of vehicle of said Siddartha Reddy pursuant to the Bandh call.

In fact, there is nothing at this stage to admit the application seeking to quash the FIR, but for to direct the police to complete the investigation and file final report within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and meantime, not to arrest the petitioner, but for if at all to secure his presence if necessary for purpose of investigation. 3.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
