THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.7510 of 2018 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to submit the CCTV camera footage of the Saifabad Police Station dated 4 3 2018 from 6PM to 8PM before this Honble court within one day to register an FIR against all the accused based on the Petitioners complaint dated 4 2 2018 submit their charge-sheet within one week also directing the lower court to dispose the matter within one month."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that on the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioner herein FIR.No.104/2018 has been registered. It is further submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the information with regard to the registration of crime and the CC camera Footage is being now handed over to the petitioner herein.

The above submission of the learned Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 13.03.2018 grk
