THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.904 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.101 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Vigilance & APTS Team, Ranga Reddy (East Circle), Green Hills Colony, Saroornagar, Hydeabad.

Though the matter is pertaining to 2014, no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Initially, interim stay was granted by this Court on 3.2.2014 for a period of eight weeks and thereafter the same was not extended. Under those circumstances, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation into the crime without arresting the petitioner herein and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
