THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.23512 of 2009 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that respondents, in obedience to the liberty granted through order dated 02.11.2009 in WPMP.No.30527 of 2009, have passed orders.

Learned counsel submits that having regard to the orders said to have been passed, the cause complained in the writ petition may not survive and requests the Court to dispose of the writ petition with leave to challenge the communication, if the circumstances so warrant. The submission is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
