This Company Petition is filed by the petitioner company seeking winding up of the respondent company. Smt. Shireen Sethna Baria, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has instructions to withdraw the Company Petition, for which Sri S.V.Rama Krishna, learned counsel for the respondent, reported no objection.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
