When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 15.07.2014, in W.P.No.19662 of 2014.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed setting aside the impugned proceedings No.C/221/2017, dated 07.04.2017, passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nirmal, and the petitioner is entitled to receive the essential commodities supplied by the respondent authorities as long as his authorization is valid and subsisting. However, it is open for the respondents to pass appropriate orders, if they want to initiate enquiry against the petitioner for the violations committed, as per the Control Order.
