HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl. Petition No.4376 of 2025 PROCEEDING SHEET 18.06.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking correction of the name of the Court in the order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court.

Heard Mr.Ravuri Sai Sumanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondentState. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner/accused No.1 vide order dated 03.04.2025 in Criminal Petition No.4376 of 2025 directed the petitioner to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,0000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the XXIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Rachakonda at Hayathnagar. He further submitted that though the proceedings are pending before VII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Hayathnagar, due to oversight the name of the Court was mentioned wrongly mentioned in the Criminal Petition. Unless the above said mistake is rectified, the petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and great hardship.

Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

Taking into consideration the above said submissions and also the reasons assigned in the

application, this application is ordered and modified the condition No.7(1) as follows:

"The petitioner/A1 shall be enlarged on bail on executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the VII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Hayathnagar." The other conditions are not disturbed.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.

Registry is directed issue fresh order after rectifying the said mistake.
