THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.739 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in discarding Section 5A objections by the 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India read with Section 5A of the Land Acquisition Act in its application to the State of Andhra Pradesh and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently call for the records pertaining to distributaries of AMRP with all technical details and specifications as prepared by WAPCOS and as altered by the respondents.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for the State of Telangana submitted that already land acquisition proceedings and installation of cabling and work station have been executed and payment of compensation to the petitioners was made and that they have withdrawn the amount and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 4.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to pursue the matter in the event of fresh cause of action or any other reliefs sought by them. No order as to costs.
