THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22338 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. Since this Court is not adjudicating the matter on merits, hearing of the unofficial respondents may not be necessary.

3. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of a writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in repeatedly calling the petitioner to Kovur Police Station, and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the disputes with the 5th respondent and threatening him not to proceed with the agricultural activities in an extent of Ac.0.13 cents in Sy.No.157 of Kovur Village and Mandal as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent."

4. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the official respondents-police at the instance of the unofficial respondents registered a false case against him and by summoning the petitioner to the police station are threatening him not to proceed with the agricultural activities in the property in dispute. 5 Learned Government Pleader submits that the allegations made by the petitioner are all false and the respondents-police will

not summon the petitioner to the police station and interfere with the property in dispute except in accordance with law. 6 Having regard to the submissions made, and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 not to summon the petitioner to the police station and interfere with any civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent, except in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
