HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 1601 of 2015 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed in W.P.M.P.No.34714 of 2014 in W.P.No.27722 of 2014 dated 17.09.2014.

Pursuant to the said order, proceedings were issued by the Director of School Education on 21.09.2015 rejecting the case of the petitioner. In view of the same, it cannot be said that the order was not complied with. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
