This petition is filed for modification of order dated 07-02-2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 41 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram (for short, 'the Court below'), by virtue of which the Court below, while granting bail to the petitioners-accused Nos. 3 to 5, directed them to produce Aadhar/ Identity Cards, Savings Bank Account Pass Books, Mobile Numbers and Property Particulars. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to submit any reasons for the inability of the petitioners to submit the details that were directed to be furnished by the Court below. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners hail from Odisha and hence, it is necessary that all the above details are to be furnished.

Hence, considering the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the order of the Court below. However, the time for furnishing the details is extended for another three weeks from today.

Subject to the above, the criminal petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed in consequence.
