Crl.P.No.3282 of 2015 is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.335 of 2013 of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. The petitioners in Crl.P.No.3282 of 2015 are A-1 to A-4 in the said C.C. The 1st respondent had filed complaint alleging that the petitioners had committed offence under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioners in Crl.P.No.3282 of 2015 as well as 1st respondent have filed an application under Section 320 Cr.P.C. in Crl.P.M.P.No.3474 of 2015 stating that the parties had settled the matter outside the Court and a settlement deed dt.23-03-2015 was entered into between the petitioners as well as 1st respondent. Copy of the same has been filed by petitioners.
4. The petitioners as well as 1st respondent are
present in Court and they have been identified by their respective Advocates Sri D.Purna Chandra Reddy and Sri N.Pavan Kumar.
5. The petitioner in Crl.P.M.P.No.3474 of 2015 has stated that she had entered into the said settlement on her free will without coercion and she prayed that the C.C. be quashed in view of the settlement between the parties.

Having regard to the above facts, since the parties to the Criminal Petition have decided to settle the matter amicably, and the 1st respondent in the Criminal Petition had also decided not to prosecute the petitioners, Crl.P.M.P.No.3474 of 2015 is allowed, and Crl.P.No.3282 of 2015 is disposed of in terms of the final settlement between the parties dt.23-03-2015.

Consequently, the proceedings in C.C.No.335 of 2013 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are quashed. 8.
