Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 06.03.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Baharhatnoor Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions to the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition read as under:- "It is further submitted that as per the records there is no cases were registered against the petitioner with regard to the respondent police. Hence interfering into civil disputes does not arise. Hence the allegations against the police in interfering into the petitioner's civil disputes are false, baseless and denied. The petitioner unnecessarily involving the respondent police into his agricultural activities."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 06.03.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Baharhatnoor Police Station. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
