THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13193 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.67 of 2015 on the file of Nandigam Police Station, Srikakulam District for the offences punishable under Sections 279 IPC and 20(b) and 8(c) of NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he, along with other persons, found in possession of 472 kgs., of ganja. Since the ganja found in the above crime is commercial quantity, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
