This contempt case is filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.13137 of 2017 in W.P.No.10594 of 2017 dated 27.03.2017. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order of this Court is complied with. Recording the said submission, the Contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
